Each Jónsson & Jensson item is produced especially for you once an order has been placed. This made-to-order approach allows us to produce responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
Please review the size guide provided on each product page carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if:
• the item is defective
• the item is damaged
• you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Production Variations
As each item is individually produced, minor variations in print placement, colour, or scale may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• custom or personalised products
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Because our items are produced to order, we generally do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is accepted due to a verified issue, the fastest way to receive another item is usually to place a new order once the return has been processed.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may be able to reship the order, though additional shipping charges may apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this right:
• the item must be unused and unworn
• it must include tags and original packaging
• proof of purchase must be provided
However, please note that custom-made or made-to-order goods may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
